Become a Leader
You carry out the same sales activity as a consultant, but at the same time you are responsible for a group of consultants, whom you manage and motivate. You'll recruit new consultants and lead a group of 5 to 15 consultants. You'll hold monthly meetings and support consultants in all aspects as well as motivate them to also become leaders. This is a responsible and motivating activity, which allows you to earn a good income. You benefit from additional revenue (CHF 1'000 to 2,500 monthly, on average) and benefits such as trips and incentives. Time spent as a Jenny Lane leader: At least 10 hours per week.
So, I gave my first party on November 7th 2001. It went so well that I was asked whether I wanted to become a leader. I became a leader in April 2002, and took over my first super group, which I could manage and organise in the spirit of Jenny Lane. And on April 11, 2002, fortune smiled at me. Even though I usually don't win more than a package of pasta, this time, I could take home two prizes at the same time. A voucher for an evening meal and a super, super trip with Jenny Lane for a week in Tunisia. Again, many, many thanks. I will never forget this week!
Success story of a a leader: Corinne Ehrbar
In January 2001, I received a Jenny Lane catalogue from my Aunt, with a note in it that I would receive a call from Liselotte, a Jenny Lane consultant, within the next two weeks. However, looking through the catalogue, I liked the jewellery so much that I called myself at once to fix a date for a party. I was very excited about participating, but when I told my husband about it, he brought me down to earth. Our daughters, aged 5 and 2, were too small to be left alone for so long in the evenings. Nonetheless, after my second party, I talked him into taking part in an information meeting with the Regional Manager. After trying my powers of persuasion, he finally gave his consent, with the advice: You have to do it right, once you start!!!So, I gave my first party on November 7th 2001. It went so well that I was asked whether I wanted to become a leader.
